Trackway Collector
Trackway Collector is a device embedded with software operating as a local
access point to Trackway Point.
Trackway Collector is a fast and secure way to connect a widely scattered
business environment without compromising ease of device management and powerful
information delivery. Trackway Collector can be used to connect remote sites as
well as small and medium sized partners directly to a Trackway Point. The
Collector relies on a Trackway Point to connect to the global information
network of Trackway Points.
Trackway Collector is a cost efficient yet full featured device management
and information delivery solution. It provides support for the same wide range
of devices as the Trackway Point. Transparent data buffering and intelligent
data filtering is used to provide maximum usability even in cases of high
traffic or sudden loss of connection to the Trackway Point. The Collector
manages and connects external devices via serial, USB, bluetooth, LAN, WLAN
(RFID or barcode, GPS, etc.).
The Collector is easy to deploy at site and requires no special skills. The
Collector is available as a software license as well as a fully supported and
ready configured blackbox.
